Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human AKT around the phosphorylation site of serine 246 (V-F-SP-E-D).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Akt (Ab-246) antibody detects endogenous levels of total AKT protein.
