Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Tuberin/TSC2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 939 (S-T-SP-L-N).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Tuberin/TSC2 (Ab-939) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Tuberin/TSC2 protein.
