Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human TK around the phosphorylation site of serine 13 (P-G-SP-P-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity TK (Ab-13) antibody detects endogenous levels of total TK protein.
