Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Raf1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 341 (S-Y-YP-W-E).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Raf1 (Ab-341) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Raf1 protein.
