Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PTEN around the phosphorylation site of serine 385 (T-D-SP-D-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
