Other Names EC 3.1.3.16, EC 3.1.3.48, EC 3.1.3.67, MMAC1, Mutated in multiple advanced cancers 1, Protein-tyrosine phosphatase PTEN, TEP1
All Sites Human: Ser385; Mouse: Ser385
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PTEN around the phosphorylation site of serine 385 (T-D-SP-D-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PTEN (Phospho-Ser385) antibody detects endogenous levels of PTEN only when phosphorylated at serine 385.
