Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PPAR-γ around the phosphorylation site of serine 112 (P-A-SP-P-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Specificity/Sensitivity PPAR-γ (Ab-112) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PPAR-γ protein.
