Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human p70 S6 Kinase around the phosphorylation site of serine 371 (V-D-SP-P-D).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
