Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human MYB around the phosphorylation site of serine 12 (Y-S-SP-D-E).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity MYB (Ab-12) antibody detects endogenous levels of total MYB protein.
