Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human LAT around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 191(R-E-YP-V-N).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity LAT (Ab-191) antibody detects endogenous levels of total LAT protein.
