Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human KIT around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 936(H-I-YP-S-N).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
