Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human IRF-3 around the phosphorylation site of serine 385 (G-A-SP-S-L).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity IRF-3 (Ab-385) antibody detects endogenous levels of total IRF-3 protein.
