Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human FOXO1A around the phosphorylation site of serine 329 (R-L-SP-P-I).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Specificity/Sensitivity FOXO1A (Ab-329) antibody detects endogenous levels of total FOXO1A protein.
