Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human CREB around the phosphorylation site of serine 121 (T-D-SP-Q-K).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
