Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human CBL around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 674(A-I-YP-S-L).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity CBL (Ab-674) antibody detects endogenous levels of total CBL protein.
