Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced againstsynthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human IKK-α (Ab-176)/IKK-β around the phosphorylation site of serine 176 (Q-G-SP-L-C).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity IKK-α (Ab-176)/IKK-β (Ab-177) antibody detects endogenous levels of total IKK-α (Ab-176)/IKK-β protein.
