Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HSL around the phosphorylation site of serine 552 (R-R-SP-V-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
