Other Names GAP-associated protein p190, GRF1, GRLF, GRLF1, Glucocorticoid receptor DNA binding factor 1, Glucocorticoid receptor repression factor 1, KIAA1722, Rho GAP p190A, p190-A
All Sites Human: Tyr1105; Mouse: Tyr943; Rat: Tyr1105
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GRF-1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1105 (N-I-YP-S-V).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity GRF-1 (Phospho-Tyr1105) antibody detects endogenous levels of GRF-1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1105.
