AlternameEC 2.7.10.2, FADK 1, FAK1, Focal adhesion kinase 1, PTK2, Protein- tyrosine kinase 2, pp125FAK
All SitesHuman: Tyr576; Mouse: Tyr614; Rat: Tyr576
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human FAK around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 576 (S-T-YP-Y-K).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityFAK (Phospho-Tyr576) antibody detects endogenous levels of FAK only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 576.
