Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human VASP around the phosphorylation site of serine 156(R-V-SP-N-A).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity VASP (Ab-156) antibody detects endogenous levels of total VASP protein.
