Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human SGK around the phosphorylation site of serine 422 (G-F-SP-Y-A).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
