All Names
AlternamePhospholipase C gamma 1,PLC148, PHOSPHOLIPASE C-148
All SitesHuman: Tyr771; Mouse: Tyr771; Rat: Tyr771
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PLCG1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 771 (P-D-YP-G-A).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityPLCG1 (phospho-Tyr771) antibody detects endogenous levels of PLCG1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 771.
