Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HSL around the phosphorylation site of serine 554 (S-V-SP-E-A).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
