All Names
AlternameGCR, GRL, GRL1, NR3C1, glucocorticoid receptor
All SitesHuman: Ser211; Mouse: Ser220; Rat: Ser232
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GR around the phosphorylation site of serine 211 (N-E-SP-P-W).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityGR (phospho-Ser211) antibody detects endogenous levels of GR only when phosphorylated at serine 211.
