AlternameCCN-2, CCNB, CCNB1, CCNB1-RS1, CYCB, CYCB1, G2/mitotic-specific cyclin B1
All SitesHuman: Ser126; Mouse: Ser123
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Cyclin B1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 126 (T-A-SP-P-S).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityCyclin B1 (Phospho-Ser126) antibody detects endogenous levels of Cyclin B1 only when phosphorylated at serine 126.
