All Names
AlternameSH2 domain protein C1, SHC, SHC-transforming protein 1, SHCA, Src homology 2 domain-containing-transforming protein C1
All SitesHuman: Tyr349; Mouse: Tyr349; Rat: Tyr349
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Shc around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine349 (H-Q-YP-Y-N).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityShc (phospho-Tyr349) antibody detects endogenous levels of Shc only when phosphorylated at tyrosine349.
