All Names
AlternameMOR, MUOR1, Mu-type opioid receptor, OPRM, OPRM1, Opioid receptor B, ROR-B
All SitesHuman: Ser377; Mouse: Ser375; Rat: Ser375
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Opioid Receptor around the phosphorylation site of serine 375 (H-P-SP-T-A).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityOpioid Receptor (phospho-Ser375) antibody detects endogenous levels of Opioid Receptor only when phosphorylated at serine 375.
