All Names
AlternameGABA(A) receptor, GABA(A)R beta-1, GBRB1, Gamma-aminobutyric-acid receptor beta-1 subunit precursor
All SitesHuman: Ser434; Mouse: Ser434; Rat: Ser434
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GABA-RB around the phosphorylation site of serine 434 (R-A-SP-Q-L).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityGABA-RB (phospho-Ser434) antibody detects endogenous levels of GABA-RB only when phosphorylated at serine 434.
