All Names
AlternameDopamine- and cAMP-regulated neuronal phosphoprotein, IPPD, Neuronal phosphoprotein DARPP-32, PPP1R1B
All SitesHuman:Thr75; Mouse: Thr75; Rat: Thr75
Form Or Antibody
Form of AntibodyRabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/StabilityStore at -20℃/1 year
ImmunogenThe antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human DARPP-32 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 75 (A-Y-TP-P-P).
PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityDARPP-32 (phospho-Thr75) antibody detects endogenous levels of DARPP-32 only when phosphorylated at threonine 75.
