PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityFLT3 (Phospho-Tyr591) antibody detects endogenous levels of FLT3 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 591.
