PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityPI3K P85(phospho-Tyr467) antibody detects endogenous levels of PI3K P85 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 467.
