PurificationThe antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/SensitivityIκB-α (phospho-Ser32/Ser36) antibody detects endogenous levels of IκB-α only when phosphorylated at serine 32/36.
