  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human B-Myb around the phosphorylation site of serine 577/581 (R-R-SP-P-I).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    B-Myb (Phospho-Ser577/581) antibody detects endogenous levels of B-Myb only when phosphorylated at serine 577/581.
