    Inhibitor of cytokine-induced NF-κB phosphorylation. Inhibited NF-κB activated expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1, E-selectin, IL-6 and IL-8, in TNF treated HUVECs, with IC50’s of 5-10 μM. The inhibition of NF-κB phosphorylation and cell adhesion molecule expression and the stabilization of NF-κB were found to be irreversible effects.
