Anti-cancer antibody/compounds in vitro activity evaluation

Cat No: E1S1018 Anti-cancer antibody/compounds in vitro activity evaluation

The “in vitro” study uses different cancer cell lines from different tissue origins by MTT or WST cell proliferation assay. The cancer cells incubate with the antibody/compound drug candidate for 48-72 hours in 96 well cultured plates and 5 different drug concentrations for testing and the IC50 value (50% inhibitory concentration) is calculated, upon which the experimental report will be given. The purpose of this study is to test the anti-cancer spectrum of the antibody drug. $250/cell line.
