The ATP assay kit (colorimetric / fluorometric) is an automated, simple and quantitative method for measuring total ATP in cell and tissue lysates, biological fluids, and blood cells based on the product of glycerol phosphorylation, quantified by colorimetric (OD 570nm) or fluorescence (Ex / Em = 535 / 587nm). The fluorescence method is 10-100 times more sensitive to detect ATP as low as 1 µ M in the sample.
