Product Information
NameSARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike Protein (RBD, His Tag)
Purity> 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGBio Activity:Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ACE2 protein (Fc tag) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD, His Tag)(ZD2019-P8), the EC50 of 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD, His Tag)(ZD2019-P8) is 35-70 ng/mL.
FormulationLiquid or lyophilized from sterile 20mM PB, 300mM NaCl, pH 7.0, 10% glycerol Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Stability & Storage: Samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃ upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
