Custom Phospho-specific Antibody

●Phospho-specific rabbit polyclonal or mouse monoclonal antibodies are generated for phospho-peptides provided by customers or synthesized at EnoGene.
●EnoGene will immunize two New Zealand White rabbits (polyclonal) or 5 Balb/c mice (monoclonal) for each phospho-peptide
●Phospho-specific antibody development is monitored by ELISA on phospho-peptide and control non-phospho-peptide
●Customer may request one of product formats for final delivery (phospho-specific):
-          Polyclonal: Peptide-affinity purified IgGs (each rabbit 1-5 mg in PBS containing 50%glycerol, 0.05% NaN3)
-          Monoclonal: 2 mouse hybridoma plus 2-5mg mouse IgGs from Protein A/G purified ascites
●Phospho-specific polyclonal projects are completed in 3-4 months and monoclonal projects are completed in 5-6 months.
●ELISA titers are guaranteed to reach >10,000 specifically for phospho-peptide.
