Anti-cancer antibody/compounds in vivo activity evaluation

Anti-cancer antibody in vivo activity evaluation using nude mice xenograft cancer model or other customer inquired models. For the xenograft nude mice model, we take 5 groups in the study, including control, positive control (using clinical used anticancer drug), three doses of the antibody/compound drug candidates. Initiate dosing once tumors are 25-50 mm3. Each group contains 8 nude mice. The report with detailed tumor growth curves, tumor weight and photos of tumors after antibody treatment will be given. The tumor tissues will be frozen for customer in liquid nitrogen for further test of the related genes or proteins expression. $15000/xenograft model.
