DescriptionEnoGeneEXBlueTM One Step Rapid Gel Staining kit is a non-decolorizing, safe, non-toxic and odorless protein dye. Suitable for all kinds of denatured and non-denatured protein gel staining. The kit saves a lot of time, accelerate the process of the experiment, has the advantages of convenient operation, high sensitivity and safe use.
Product Features:
Compared with the traditional staining methods, this product is fast staining, only staining protein without staining the gel, no need for decolorization, safe and non-toxic, especially for the protein purification experiment. After a few minutes of staining, the protein bands can be observed. It has the features of one step, accelerating experiment process, easy to operate and high sensitivity. The stained SDS-PAGE gel can be preserved in pure water.
Protocol:
1.Remove the SDS-PAGE gel after electrophoresis and place it into the container. Add appropriate amount of the EnoGeneEXBlueTM Rapid Gel Staining solution to cover SDS-PAGE gel.
2. Put it in a shaker and shake 1-2 minutes before the bands begin to appear. The stain bands will deepen over time. The staining time may be 5-20 min, and the background color will not be enhanced with the staining time. After staining, the protein gel was stored in water or taken out for photography. Because the instantaneous adhesion ability of different dyes varies with the isoelectric point of protein, it is recommended to store the gel in water after 2 h of staining if the gel is going to be preserved.
