¡ñEnoGene will fuse SP2/0 with 1 mouse spleen cells selected from 5 immunized BALB/c mice with the best ELISA titer
¡ñMonoclonal antibodies are typically produced in 4-6 months
¡ñCustomer may request one of product formats for final delivery:
- 2 mouse hybridomas
- 2 mouse hybridoma plus 2-5mg mouse IgGs from Protein A/G purified ascites
- 2 paired mouse hybridomas plus 2-5mg of mouse IgGs for sandwich ELISA (for protein antigens only)

Polyclonal Antibody Production Service |

¡ñAntigens (recombinant proteins, peptides or others) provided by customers or produced at EnoGene.
¡ñEnoGene will immunize two New Zealand White rabbits for each antigen.
¡ñPolyclonal antibodies are typically produced in 1-3 months. Customer may request one of product formats for final delivery:
- 30-50 ml of anti-sera from rabbit
- 100 mg of Protein A/G purified total rabbit IgGs
- 1-5 mg of antigen affinity purified IgGs from each rabbit
¡ñELISA data will be provided.
¡ñELISA titers are guaranteed to reach >25,000.

¡ñEnoGene will immunize two New Zealand White rabbits (polyclonal) or 5 Balb/c mice (monoclonal) for each phospho-peptide
¡ñPhospho-specific antibody development is monitored by ELISA on phospho-peptide and control non-phospho-peptide
¡ñCustomer may request one of product formats for final delivery (phospho-specific):
- Polyclonal: Peptide-affinity purified IgGs (each rabbit 1-5 mg in PBS containing 50%glycerol, 0.05% NaN3)
- Monoclonal: 2 mouse hybridoma plus 2-5mg mouse IgGs from Protein A/G purified ascites
¡ñPhospho-specific polyclonal projects are completed in 3-4 months and monoclonal projects are completed in 5-6 months.
